Your sizes are for straight/boy physiques
Your sizes are for skinny people with no boobs or bum, your unisex sizes are based on a male physique and even then don't take into account athletic men with large thighs who aren't super tall ??‍♀️ personally being 163cm I should order a xxs, but due to having a round bum and DD boobs I have to get a size M which is soo baggy around my waist and the legs are waaay too long so the crotch hangs down, not flattering at all. Rate 2 for softness and stitching the rest lacks quality.

Not delivered
I ordered a jumper from them 2 months ago and it has not been delivered. They will not respond to the 8 emails I've sent to their cilustomer service nor the countless messages I've initiated directly on their website. ???

Best Ever!
Huge thanks to Hina at OP for an absolutely stellar customer service experience. A lost package issue was resolved within a day. There are so few companies that are a joy to work with these days, so OnePiece really stands out! And of course, the jumpsuits are fantastic quality, i’ve spent my whole life waiting to be this warm and cozy. Thanks Hina and OP ?♥️

Jayd: Best customer experience I have ever had
I contacted onepiece about a broken zip on my onesie expecting a nightmare experience and was absolutely delighted to enjoy the best customer service experience I have ever had with Jayd! Jayd swiftly responded to my every email and resolved the problem in a morning, leaving me feeling super happy. Thanks to this fantastic experience I will never go anywhere else for my onesies AND I’ll be telling everyone who asks where they need to be going for theirs. Ten out of ten! Thank you so much Jayd

Bad service! :-(
I have ordered the cosy red Lumberjacket Jumpsuit in XS according to the size chart recommendation on the website. I am 173cm tall and the item should easily have fitted. Unfortunately it turned out that this size was absolutely too short in CF length. I complained and customer service informed me that the return is for free in my case. In the end the reduced my original payment and I had to pay almost 14 EUR for the stupid return!!! I have written to Onepiece and opened a Paypal Case... - still no answer! I have ordered jumpsuits before and loved their items and service. I wonder what has happened... I can no longer recommend it. :-(

Excellent customer service
My order had been incorrectly picked. Instead of an S, I was sent an XS. To be fair to the warehouse pickers, the hang tag with the barcode on that they scan did say Small. I emailed to report an incorrect order, and within 2 days, I received a reply from Johnny with a code to order a replacement. As the one I originally ordered was sold out, I was able to order a different style at no extra cost. Excellent service from Johnny and the suits are really good quality. Very comfortable to wear, I've bought another 2.

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. Ordered something on tge 16th of December, said online that guarantee for Christmas, but arrived on the 27th. It took them a week to create a label. So, the send it on tge 24th. Why advertise something that can't deliver. My son had no present to open. I know I should order earlier, but that's not point. They should advertise something that they can't deliver. I would hope for this to come on time, I would just order after or wouldn't even bother. I've asked for a compensation, as my son was upset, as no present was given, and they gave £3 back?! What a joke. Poor communication, no phone number. Not a happy customer here

First of all , the customer service is impeccable, I’ve had the pleasure dealing with Jayd who happens to have amazing customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable when describing and explaining sizes . Answers emails in a very timely fashion and absolutely solves any issues or concerns . I very much appreciate that and this service keeps me as a customer . The one pieces are of the best quality, the velvet is thick and luxurious, the stitching is perfect, the zippers are heavy duty , and the pockets are placed in the perfect spots . I absolutely love these onsie’s and intend on purchasing more . I have 4 of them currently and each one is awesome !

False advertising, no free returns/exchanges
Update: Instead of acknowledging and correcting the mistake, Onepiece is ignoring my claim and started to charge me fines for late payments for a fee they advertised wouldn't exist.

False advertising. They claim to offer free returns/exhanges in their advertising and feedback comments but that's not true. They charge 10EUR per return.

Nothing to complain about
I ordered a jumpsuit on Wednesday last week. Order confirmation received immediately and yesterday I received my package. That’s pretty quick.
My jumpsuit fits the description and the ordered size.
I’m so satisfied and can highly recommend the shop.

Great products and great customer service
I have been buying from Onepice for some several years, love the jumpsuits and cannot fault their customer service. (edited to add) I should have said that on my last order a few days ago there was a problem which was sorted out almost immediately.

Great products
Great products.
However shipping takes forever.
Returning a product costs €9,90! That’s insane. Especially since I only need to change the product, because it was too small. Even after measuring and using their size table.

Very annoying. Two weeks waiting and still not the right size.

How are other companies capable of delivering the next day. Or better yet, how is onepiece not capable of a faster service?

Excellent customer service!
I love their products! And their customer service is excellent. I had a garment that seemed to be sewn wrong, and after my email about it, I received a reply 3 days later. I had different options to solve the problem. I chose a new onesie. Again I got a speedy reply, saying I could keep the other garment as well, because they could not repair the item and it would be environmentally unfriendly for me to send it back.

Sadly it costed me £14 to try it on to find out it doesn’t look good on me. I was planning to order another one in different material, and although there is a possibility it might feet well, I am not prepared to pay another £14 for the privilege to try it on if I have to return it again.
